After President Trump’s inauguration in January 2017, there was a large amount of uncertainty as to what he may, or may not, seek to accomplish during his time in office. Speculation as to changes within OFCCP were rampant and included a possible merger with the EEOC. Federal contractors, HR professionals, consultants, and law firms were all on edge.
